What size can I print my photo?
Easy version:
- Smartphone photos*: Often perfect for sizes 36 inches or larger.
- Professional camera photos: 54 inches or larger
You can also e-mail us the files or use this link photato.wetransfer.com, we are more than happy to check the file for you before order.
*Just make sure the original size file is being uploaded. Files from Facebook or WhatsApp (sent HD enabled is good) are often compressed.

Long version:
- Print size in 10 inches range, recommended resolution ~2000 x 1300 pixels
- 20 inches range, ~3000 x 2000 pixels
- 30 inches range, ~3600 x 2400 pixels
- 40 inches range, ~4000 x 2400 pixels
- 50 inches range, ~4500 x 3000 pixels
Note: The above are based on balancing the print size, normal viewing distance and clarity. It is a much more practical estimtate than the typical "300 pixel per inch" saying.

Do you offer scanning service?
Yes!
Each scan is color-managed to match your original, and can be printed up to 3 times larger than the original size.
It is HKD200/scan. You can arrange pickup or drop it off to our workshop. WhatsApp us to learn more :D
Do you have photo editing service?
Yes, we do!
Our designer are here to help with your editing needs.
Simple ones, just let us know during order and we will do it for you for free.
For more complex editing, it's starting at HKD150. Please don't hesitate to share with us your ideas!
